Poodly Pawesome operates services from the Lakefront West to Western Ave, and from Fullerton Ave, North to Bryn Mawr. Some neighborhoods include Lincoln Park, Lakeview East, Lakeview, Lincoln Square, North Center, Roscoe Village, Ravenswood, Southport Corridor, Uptown, Andersonville, Bowmanville, This list is not exhaustive, and some neighborhoods we only cover partially, please use the street boundaries as a reference. If you are unsure, please get in touch!
We are more than happy to walk or drive your dog home, or to, daycare. As long as your daycare is within our service area, we will happily transport your dog! You are charged for time, most transports can be done is 15 or 30 minute walk times.
We strive for consistency, and you will likely have one walker, however walkers take time off, get sick, and have emergencies. When you regular walker can't make it, we reassign to the next available walker in your area.
No, our walks are solo. On occassion we will have neighbors that request walks together, if everyone is one board, we are too!
Walks are scheduled in time windows. Depending on the length of your walk, 15&30 minute walks are scheduled in 2 hour windows. 45 minute and 1 hour walks are scheduled in 3 hour windows. The window is split evenly on each side of the time you request. A 12pm 30 minute walk would be a 11am-1pm window. That same appointment time for 45 minutes would be 10:30am-1:30pm. Walkers will arrive within this window.
We encourage clients to meet with their walker at any time in the process. You are welcome to request a walk when you expect to be home a weekday between 10am&3pm.
The most common requests we receive for puppies is two 15 minute breaks daily- a 10am & 2pm. This seems to be the sweet spot for potty training for a full workday away.
Yes! You schedule walks when you need them, clients have total control over requesting walks , managing your schedule through the app and web based portal, DoTimely. We even accept same day scheduling- requests must be made by 9am.

No, we do not carry keys. All clients must have a lockbox or coded entry. All entry and access information is stored within the portal and can be modified at any time.
No, schedule services only when you need them. No minimum per week, month, or year!
Clients can manage their schedule through the scheduling portal DoTimely. You can add, edit, and cancel at anytime. Cancellations are without charge if made within 3 hours of your appointment time.
Yes, medication can be administered before or after a service. Please be specific when updating any medication notes in your profile. Medication will only be administered when clients specifically mention it within their appointment notes.
Our scheduling portal DoTimely will automatically send your monthly invoice on the last day of each month. It generally goes to clients inboxes around 10pm. Make sure you "white list" emails from
Yes! We offer a discount of $20 off of any invoices that has 20 or more services. This discount is automatically discounted on your invoice.
Yes! Staff are available for in your home boarding as well as boarding in a walkers home. Based on availability!
